Top Tier Manufacturer is looking for a Manufacturing Production | Operations Manager to join their growing team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification in Safety or quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
• High level of leadership skills, organizational planning, teamwork, and analytical reasoning
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• 5+ years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standardsKnowledge of relevant software applications, such as ERP systems and production planning tools
• Capable of communicating and expressing ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and oral form
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong interpersonal, technical and presentation skills required
• Bachelor's Degree (Technical, or Business Administration preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
