DescriptionMaintain all equipment in the plant. Train lower grade maintenance personnel.The hourly rate of pay for this position is $37.35.Daily Job Duties:Use mechanical and power tools to repair mill equipmentPerform preventative maintenance.Create/close work orders in the systemPerform advanced maintenance on all equipmentTrain levels 1, 2 & 3 on advanced maintenanceOversee project work effectivelyRead schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairsPerform alignments on equipment and do precision measuringWelding and fabrication for repairs and installation of mill equipmentMaintain hydraulic and pneumatic units and devicesRepair and install mechanical parts for equipmentOperate forklift as requiredFollow all applicable safety rulesWork regularly scheduled shiftsWork scheduled overtime as requiredWork as relieve operatorMaintain a constant state of alertness and work in a safe mannerRequirements:Prior work experience as a millwrightWelding skillsWide range of mechanical skills and use of toolsProficient in alignments of equipmentWe offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits.PotlatchDeltic is an EEO/AA/M/F/Veteran/Disabled Employer.
