Location: Onsite - Sheridan, AR

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $19.50 per hour for Material Support roles in our Faucet, Distribution, and Plastics plants, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.

Shift Needed: Weekends - Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm for 1st shift and 5pm-5am for 2nd shift

We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Faucets Department. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Performing all duties associated within the department

• Following instructions and communicating effectively

• Ordering components from DC, Faucet, and Plastic plants based on schedule

• Supplying parts and spindles to rackers for racking

• Loading wash baskets for washer

• Transferring completed product in SAP to warehouse

• Verifying counts for inventory, transporting parts in/out of the departments

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Reliable attendance and work performance

• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check

• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years MF experience with 1 company
